Interesting pivot from an issue-tracking system to a VoC platform - seems like a smart move! The automatic tagging and sentiment analysis across different customer touchpoints could be a real time-saver for CX teams. Been struggling with manual customer feedback analysis myself, so this definitely catches my eye. Would love to see how the real-time insights feature works in practice, especially for larger datasets. 🤔 Might give it a shot for our upcoming user research sprint!

That’s super cool! One thing we do that provides a lot of value—but is currently very manual—is classifying and organizing non-converted customer conversations based on their ‘reason for not buying.’ Is that something Zefi could handle? And do you connect to (or have plans to connect to) Freshworks CRM system?
