There's a folder in my glovebox with every invoice my garage has ever handed me. It holds my car's whole service history, and it's almost useless. Finding out when the brake fluid was last changed means unfolding paper in the driveway.
I tried the maintenance log apps. They all want you to type in what was done, what it cost and what the odometer said, after every visit. I did it twice, then stopped. And the typing was never needed: someone at the garage already typed all of it, on the invoice.
So in Vehicare, the invoice is the entry. Share the PDF or a photo of the paper copy, and it reads the jobs, parts, costs, odometer and date into a visit you check and save. From that history and how much you drive, it works out what's due next.
