I've been working on ValidateMySaas for more than 6 months now, and I'm excited to finally share it with you!
1️⃣ What is This and who is it for
If you have a startup idea you're serious about, one of the first things you should do is understand the competitive landscape you're hoping to journey into. Validate My Saas makes that easy by finding products that are similar to your ideas, and shows you which ones are succeeding, and which... aren't.
2️⃣ Why I Built This:
I've had products fail before because I didn't put in the necessary research, and understand what would help my product stand out in the market. I've also felt the internal resistance to doing that research, because what if it kills my precious idea? And so I built a tool that makes that process super easy!

Gather or scrap feedback online is good but it should be done from multiple sources, and any feedback or thought that is linked to the industry you work on is important too and must be included, you can scrap them by keywords or something else otherwise this just an idea to better improve and give something that will save biiiig portion of our time as Saas creators.

Got to try this out. After extensive research, prior to trying Validate My SaaS, I came to the conclusion that nobody was doing what we're doing, but there is a lot of stuff adjacent to it.
Trying Validate My SaaS, we got basically the same conclusion, and this helped confirm the novelty of the product. This found companies I missed as well, as well as companies making similar claims but delivering radically different products. I can see value not only in validating an idea for yourself, but also for showing to others, such as potential investors.
I wasn't expecting much when I tried this.
But I was really impressed with the analysis I got back actually.
There's a lot of information here that I would have to spend hours on ChatGPT/Perplexity manually figuring out my own prompt.
And its' all displayed to me in a really simple format that I can take actions on immediately. It saved me probably ~3-4 hours of manual work researching + a few weeks of debating back and forth with my co-founder.
Winner in my book.

This is a great idea! A must-have if you want to save months of work before it is too late. Knowing your market ahead of time can also help generate fresh ideas or obtain some of the important features that competitors are building.
