I have worked for around 16 years across customer-facing teams, product management, and development. I have seen users often struggle to articulate their issues, leading to endless back and forth between engineers, support, and product managers. Additionally, feedback tends to get siloed within teams, making it even harder to gather a centralized view of the customer's voice.
My team and I decided to come up with a way to avoid this trap 🙅

This looks awesome. Love that the tools for collecting user feedback have some so far in recent years, now it feels like there's no reason not to have a permanent link where users can help contribute directly to the product roadmap. The Userback UI looks really slick, nice work @jtobin
Congrats on the launch! 🚀 You're absolutely right about the daunting back-and-forth between clients and product teams. We've encountered these sorts of challenges with our own clients too, even though we offer video production services and not software. There's always a need for better communication so I feel like a product like Userback is very helpful for SaaS companies. Is it possible to add your own options in the feedback filters?
