Let me tell you a backstory … 💭
I have worked for around 16 years across customer-facing teams, product management, and development. I have seen users often struggle to articulate their issues, leading to endless back and forth between engineers, support, and product managers. Additionally, feedback tends to get siloed within teams, making it even harder to gather a centralized view of the customer's voice.
My team and I decided to come up with a way to avoid this trap 🙅
Userback aims to bridge these gaps seamlessly by providing users with an easy way to give feedback and report issues, all while enriching their submissions with valuable context, such as annotated screenshots, video screen recordings, and session replays.
