I'm Sam. I'm not a career SaaS founder - I'm an operations director. I run a warehouse that ships over 40,000 units a week, and TrainedTeam started as the tool I built to make our training as strong as the rest of the operation.
We've got brilliant people and hard-won know-how, and I wanted a way to capture all of it - to get new starters confident faster, keep standards consistent across every shift, and turn the way we train into a genuine advantage.
I looked at the obvious tools first. Traditional LMS platforms are built for corporate e-learning, not a busy floor. Notion and Google Docs are great for storing a procedure, but they don't train anyone, test that it landed, or show the work actually got done. I wanted all of that in one place.
So we built it: turn your team's know-how (even a quick walkthrough video) into a step-by-step SOP with AI, add a knowledge check, assign it, and have your team run it on the job - capturing photo proof and e-signatures as they go. Audit-ready, by default.
What it unlocked for us was the surprise: faster onboarding and consistency we expected - but having proof that work was done right, at the moment it happened, changed how we operate.
