I'm Sam. I'm not a career SaaS founder - I'm an operations director. I run a warehouse that ships over 40,000 units a week, and TrainedTeam started as the tool I built to make our training as strong as the rest of the operation.
We've got brilliant people and hard-won know-how, and I wanted a way to capture all of it - to get new starters confident faster, keep standards consistent across every shift, and turn the way we train into a genuine advantage.
