So I made something with real teeth: pick the apps that keep you up, set your sleep hours, and during that window they just stop opening. There's a short snooze if you genuinely need it, then it re-locks itself.
Design choices I'd love feedback on:

Finally tried this last night and the snooze button is actually generous without being skippable, which was the thing I always hated about Screen Time limits. Wish the free trial was a bit longer to really feel the effect, but the on-device setup was painless.
Tried it last night and the no-dismiss lockdown actually held—I went to grab TikTok around midnight and it just refused. The short snooze is a nice touch, feels like a real guard rather than another nag.
