I built Touch Grass because my own "one more video" habit at 1am was wrecking my sleep. I tried screen-time popups — I dismissed every single one without thinking.
So I made something with real teeth: pick the apps that keep you up, set your sleep hours, and during that window they just stop opening. There's a short snooze if you genuinely need it, then it re-locks itself.
Design choices I'd love feedback on:
