No account, no ads, no subscription.
Thought Tracker CBT came about after hearing from friends and family (and experiencing it ourselves) that journaling is a difficult habit to keep. Anxiety and worry are so commonplace now and we've heard so many people wanting a way to sort through their anxious thoughts, but in an easy way. So we created this app to help walk a person through their thoughts, feelings, concerns and untangle whatever is going on inside. We included number ratings for distress as a before-and-after measurement that is then displayed on an Insights page so you can see in realtime how the app is helping you. And it also has notifications you can setup to help you build the habit of journaling.
Have you tried journaling? Was it helpful and did you stick with it?
We'd love your feedback about the app and if it helps you or your friends and family!
