I built SublyAI because I run a Telegram channel and had to translate videos every single day. Everything I tried was either expensive, or bad, or both — and even when it half-worked it was clunky: fiddly timelines, subtitles edited in some separate panel next to the video instead of right on it.
What I wanted was stupidly simple: upload, two clicks, done. Design the subtitle style once at the beginning, reuse the same look on every video afterwards — click, quick check, click, export.
