I built this after watching studio owners spend 30+ minutes every morning pulling reports in Mindbody just to figure out who they should be calling. Most were doing it manually — exporting CSVs, scrolling through lists, trying to remember who they'd already reached out to.
The problem isn't that studio owners don't care about retention. It's that nothing makes it easy to act on it daily.
