I built this after watching studio owners spend 30+ minutes every morning pulling reports in Mindbody just to figure out who they should be calling. Most were doing it manually — exporting CSVs, scrolling through lists, trying to remember who they'd already reached out to.
The problem isn't that studio owners don't care about retention. It's that nothing makes it easy to act on it daily.
StudioPulse connects to your Mindbody account and sends three reports every morning: who's lapsing, who's new and still in their critical first-30-days window, and who has a birthday or milestone coming up. Each member card includes a suggested outreach message you can send directly from the email — no login required.
