Spokk helps businesses collect & manage customer feedback turning private feedback into public reviews using AI. Close the feedback loop with replies, send coupons increasing response rates, boosting online reviews and customer satisfaction.
Hey guys,
Samesh here, the founder of Spokk.
Wanted to let you know about some big updates we've been working on.
1. All feedback requests are verified and use unique links and are sent via SMS (via your own Twilio account).
2. Measure individual staff performance via a 5 star rating from your customers.
3. The AI generated review now includes the staff member's name as well as the service(s) making them even more unique.
4. Collect video & text customer testimonials from happy customers.
5. Connect to our API to automate your feedback requests.
6. New credits system - pay for what you use.
Who is this for?
Small businesses that want a deep dive into customer satisfaction.
I want to offer Product Hunt users discounted flat pricing and 50% off credits for life. If you are interested, book a call, let's go nuts.

What's coming next?
Better analytics, an agency plan and an innovative way to get referrals for your business.
@samesh13 congrats on your launch! Very smart idea to turn feedback into public review drafts. I guess users can then just copy & paste the draft to a platform that you link?
Congrats on the launch! Spokk looks like a game-changer for small businesses. How do you handle different platforms like Google, Yelp, etc. to collect reviews?
Love how you're tackling the classic "happy customer but no review" problem! The AI-powered conversion from private feedback to public reviews is pretty clever. Keep up the great work @samesh13! 👏
Finally a solution for those 'great service!' in-person comments that never make it online 😅 Been helping small businesses with their digital presence and it's always the same story - happy customers who forget to leave reviews the second they walk out. Love that you can turn feedback into actual reviews... quick question though - how does it handle multi-location businesses? Got a client with 3 cafes who's going nuts trying to manage reviews across different spots.
