I built ShowUp.ai after running webinars for the School Business Manager UK community — a 11,000+ member professional network.
Our first webinar: 47 registrants. 5 showed up. That's a 10% attendance rate on a topic our community genuinely needed.
I tried everything. Better reminder emails. More posts. Personalised messages. Nothing moved the needle consistently.
