We built ScreenWith.me after seeing how much recruiter time disappears at the very beginning of hiring.
Post a role, get 100+ applications, manually review CVs, figure out who meets the basics, schedule screening calls, ask similar questions over and over, take notes, and finally build a shortlist.
We wanted to see how much of that could happen automatically.
With ScreenWith.me, you create a role and AI can help screen incoming resumes, run structured async video interviews, ask follow-up questions when an answer needs more detail, score and summarize candidates, and automatically move the strongest applicants forward.
You can also add knockout questions and technical assessments, while managing the whole candidate pipeline from the built-in ATS.
