RPG NPC Generator is what I wish I'd had at the table: tap once and you get a complete, believable NPC - name, race, profession, personality, motivation, the works - and you can re-roll any single trait that doesn't fit. It generates an AI portrait from the character's own traits, can add a D&D 5e stat block, and keeps your whole roster searchable and grouped by campaign. It all works offline, and you can back everything up (portraits included) to move between devices.

Love how the portrait generation pulls from the NPC's actual traits instead of just being a random face, that kind of detail-first thinking makes prepping sessions feel way smoother. Offline-first is a huge win too.
