Hi Product Hunt! 👋 I'm a DM, and the thing that always tripped me up was a player wandering off to talk to some shopkeeper I hadn't planned - cue five seconds of "uh… his name is… Bob?" RPG NPC Generator is what I wish I'd had at the table: tap once and you get a complete, believable NPC - name, race, profession, personality, motivation, the works - and you can re-roll any single trait that doesn't fit. It generates an AI portrait from the character's own traits, can add a D&D 5e stat block, and keeps your whole roster searchable and grouped by campaign. It all works offline, and you can back everything up (portraits included) to move between devices. It's free, and 100% open source (AGPL).
