I built RokMail because every shared inbox tool I tried charged per seat — which gets expensive fast when your whole team needs access. RokMail flips that model: unlimited users on every paid plan.
We support Google, Microsoft, and Zoho via OAuth, or any email provider via IMAP/SMTP. You can set up catch-all domains, create aliases like support@ or billing@, and let our AI route incoming emails automatically.
For developers, we also have a Transactional Email API — use your connected SMTP to send password resets, verification emails, and notifications from any external project with a simple API call.
