Hey PH! 👋 I'm the solo maker behind RichForms.
The idea came from running a small hardware business: we needed forms
(Typeform-style), but we ALSO needed approval workflows when data came in,
and QR codes on physical products so customers could scan to report issues.
No tool did all three — or they wanted $59+/seat for it.
So I built RichForms. Three things it does differently:
1️⃣ Approvals are first-class — design a multi-node workflow (countersign,
return-to-submitter, designated approvers) right next to your form.
2️⃣ Every form can generate unique QR codes — stick them on products; a scan
opens the right form pre-filled with the product info.
3️⃣ Fair pricing — free tier forever (200 submissions/mo), paid from $9/mo,
seats included, not per-response punishment.
It's bilingual (EN/中文) out of the box, works on your own domain, and
everything above is live today — not a waitlist. 🙂
