I built PropSign because I was tired of losing freelance clients to slow, ugly proposals. I'd spend an hour in Google Docs formatting a quote, only to send something that looked unprofessional and got ignored. So I made the tool I wish I had: a dead-simple proposal builder that creates polished, client-ready proposals in under 2 minutes. No subscriptions. No "powered by" branding. Just pay once and own it forever.
The biggest evolution was stripping features out. Early versions had contracts, invoicing and a client portal, but freelancers told me they just wanted fast, beautiful proposals, so I focused hard on that one job.

I like the focus on doing one thing well. Freelancers don’t always need a full CRM or client portal just to send a clean proposal quickly.
For me, the painful part is customizing each proposal enough so it feels personal, without spending too much time rewriting the same sections again and again.
