So I made the tool I wish I had: a dead-simple proposal builder that creates polished, client-ready proposals in under 2 minutes. No subscriptions. No "powered by" branding. Just pay once and own it forever.
The biggest evolution was stripping features out. Early versions had contracts, invoicing and a client portal, but freelancers told me they just wanted fast, beautiful proposals, so I focused hard on that one job.
