Over the last 48 hours, thousands of Shopify merchants have watched their Facebook ROAS drop off a cliff. On August 26, Shopify officially retired their legacy checkout "Additional Scripts." For merchants relying on hardcoded browser pixels, their tracking died overnight, resulting in massive underreporting or deduplication errors when mixed with manual CAPI setups.
I built PixelTrue because merchants shouldn't have to hire a developer or understand cryptographic SHA-256 hashing just to get their ads tracking correctly.
PixelTrue abstracts the entire server-side architecture. It intercepts the Shopify backend webhook, automatically hashes the customer payload, and routes a single, perfect server event to Meta's Conversions API—bypassing the checkout and iOS 14 ad-blockers entirely.
