I found myself spending obscene amounts of time scrolling X. literally every time I was not occupied with something I would immediately pick up my phone and refresh X.
I deleted X but found I was still filling the void with news apps or anything else.
ultimately I landed on making an app that was supposed to be just for me, but thought other people may benefit also.
the idea is that you accrue an excercise debt for every minute you spend on your phone. that way it keeps you mindful when you spend time on your phone, but also if you do find yourself still attached -- at least you'll get some health benefit out of it maybe. feel free to check it out.
