The thing that pushed me to build this: When2Meet is still the default for "find a time," and it's genuinely great at the hard part (fast drag-to-select, no friction to respond) but the workflow just... ends at a heatmap. Someone still has to interpret it, then go build the calendar invite by hand.
Overlap keeps what works about When2Meet and finishes the loop: painting availability → surfacing the best time automatically → one click to create the Calendar event + Meet link.
Also rebuilt the interaction for mobile specifically, since most people open these links from WhatsApp//iMessage group chats on their phone, not a laptop.
Happy to answer anything, especially interested if the mobile tap-and-drag feels natural to people seeing it for the first time.
