Hi Product Hunt, I'm Bjørn. I kept falling off my own strength training, and every comeback went the same way: I'd start where I left off, be too sore to move for days, and quit again.
So I built Oreuma for the restart. It looks at how long it's been since your last session and sizes today's workout to match. After a month away you get half the usual volume and no jumping. Sessions get harder only as you keep completing them. There are no streaks, because a broken streak is often exactly when people stop opening the app.
It's iPhone only for now, with 7 days free and no card. I'd love to hear what made your last restart stick, or not.
