Oreuma
Home workouts for getting back into exercise
Oreuma builds a short bodyweight workout each day, sized to how long you've been away. After a long break it starts gentler and grows as you keep showing up. No streaks, no account, no equipment. For everyone who's quit before and wants to start again.

Hi Product Hunt, I'm Bjørn. I kept falling off my own strength training, and every comeback went the same way: I'd start where I left off, be too sore to move for days, and quit again. So I built Oreuma for the restart. It looks at how long it's been since your last session and sizes today's workout to match. After a month away you get half the usual volume and no jumping. Sessions get harder only as you keep completing them. There are no streaks, because a broken streak is often exactly when people stop opening the app. It's iPhone only for now, with 7 days free and no card. I'd love to hear what made your last restart stick, or not.
