I built Openmemo because every Friday I was rewriting our project board into update emails for clients. Softer wording, no internal notes, nothing about the thing that slipped.
The information was already there. I just couldn't show it to them.
So Openmemo sits in between. You connect your board, decide what each client sees, and they get a clean page that stays current on its own. Anything it doesn't recognise stays hidden until you say otherwise.
