Openmemo
Turn your project board into a live client status page
Openmemo turns your Notion, ClickUp, Linear, Asana, Trello, Jira or Monday board into a branded status page your clients can check any time. You choose what they see. Rename statuses, hide internal tasks, strip shorthand. "Blocked" becomes "Waiting on you." Nothing internal ever leaks, and we only read your board, never write to it. Turn on weekly updates and it emails your client for you. No tool? Paste your last update email instead. Free for one client.
Hey Product Hunt 👋
I built Openmemo because every Friday I was rewriting our project board into update emails for clients. Softer wording, no internal notes, nothing about the thing that slipped.
The information was already there. I just couldn't show it to them.
So Openmemo sits in between. You connect your board, decide what each client sees, and they get a clean page that stays current on its own. Anything it doesn't recognise stays hidden until you say otherwise.
It's read-only and free for one client, so you can try it on a real project today.
Would love to hear how you handle client updates now, and what's missing. I'm here all day.

Who hunted Openmemo?
Openmemo was hunted by Emmanuel A. Priestley. Around 79% of featured launches on Product Hunt are self-hunted by their makers, but a well-known hunter still acts as a signal of quality to the rest of the community.
