requests vs needs is an interesting distinction. the goal isn't to add more surfaces, it's to understand what actually needs attention and make the rest disappear. that's where the product stays tight.

Software with predictable pricing that wont explode my bills once i start getting more traction is honestly needed! I'm curious how many answers are included monthly in the managed version ? Can i set it and forget it and let the AI handle the customers ?
