Every org chart tool I tried had the same dealbreaker: to see your own org, you had to upload your entire employee list to someone else's server. For HR and leadership data, that's a hard no.

You drop in a CSV from any HRIS, and the chart renders locally. Nothing is uploaded, nothing is stored. The only thing on our servers is your account.
From there you can redesign the org by dragging boxes around, add vacant roles, model reorg scenarios side-by-side with your current structure, and get an Org Health Score that flags things like overloaded managers, too many layers, and single points of failure. When you're done, export a multi-page PDF that's actually presentable in a board meeting.
Works for teams from 10 to 10,000 people.
