Hi Product Hunt Every org chart tool I tried had the same dealbreaker: to see your own org, you had to upload your entire employee list to someone else's server. For HR and leadership data, that's a hard no. *So we built Noveli around one rule, your employee data never leaves your browser* You drop in a CSV from any HRIS, and the chart renders locally. Nothing is uploaded, nothing is stored. The only thing on our servers is your account. From there you can redesign the org by dragging boxes around, add vacant roles, model reorg scenarios side-by-side with your current structure, and get an Org Health Score that flags things like overloaded managers, too many layers, and single points of failure.
