I built a simple, no-BS, lightning-fast tool that shows the entire financial picture upfront. MortgageCalculatorUS instantly calculates your exact PITI (Principal, Interest, Taxes, Insurance) plus PMI and HOA fees in one clean interface. It's completely free, runs instantly in your browser, and 100% respects your privacy.
The Process:
While building this, I realized how powerful extra payments can be. So, I added a dynamic 'Extra Monthly Payment' feature with a 'Pro Tip' box to show buyers exactly how much interest they can save by paying just a little bit more each month.
