I built a simple, no-BS, lightning-fast tool that shows the entire financial picture upfront. It's completely free, runs instantly in your browser, and 100% respects your privacy.
The Process:
While building this, I realized how powerful extra payments can be. So, I added a dynamic 'Extra Monthly Payment' feature with a 'Pro Tip' box to show buyers exactly how much interest they can save by paying just a little bit more each month.
