Does this only apply to meetings involving restaurants or coffee shops? It would be more convenient to be able to manage all meetings together.
Great niche. I had been searching for a group scheduling tool that allows multiple people to choose any available slot on the calendar. Each slot should have been accepting more than one person for group meetings.
Your product can do it. I would have been your customer if I had found your solution 2-3 months ago.
You may wanna review the UX though. I counted few minor issues from my end-user perspective, below.
- I couldn't understand how to send invitations for a created meet up. - Even if there is only one proposed location to meet, invitees need to select it. I expect it to come preselected. - Critical one is, I might not wanna reveal the "How to Access the Meeting:" info on the public meeting invitation page. I would most probably reveal it after the meeting attandance confirmation.
