Hey everyone,
I built Maili because I was drowning in Gmail.
Like many indie hackers and freelancers, my inbox had become a chaotic mix of important tasks, waiting replies, follow-ups, and random stuff. I kept losing track of what needed to be done. Traditional todo apps didn't work because the emails themselves are the tasks.
So I created Maili — Kanban boards directly inside Gmail.
No new inbox. No extra tools to switch between. Just Gmail with structure.
This is still early (v1), but it has already changed how I work with email. I'm actively using it every day.
