👋 Hi everyone! As someone who often uses YouTube to learn new things, I’ve always found it tough to keep track of the useful information I come across in long videos. I’d end up pausing, rewinding, and juggling between multiple apps to take notes, which got pretty frustrating.
That’s what led me to help design Lookie—a tool meant to simplify this whole process by giving you a summary of the video and a way to save the key points. I wanted to build something that could cut down the time I spent gathering information and make it easier to remember what I learned.

This is so cool. It will enable knowledge workers to declutter the information overload they feel due to excess use of Internet and absorb only the relevant info.
Seems very very interesting. Youtube is usefull for many many things like you say, so good idea!
This sure is a very useful tool, and from my first test, the summarization works well.
I tested the Android app, and there are currently bugs and missing features, e.g., the language selector and translate feature do not work, and I can't switch between short, medium and detailed summaries.
Great concept. Too many videos on You Tube confuse me. But this product solves the problem. With the tool, I don't have to spend too much time consuming needless content, made easy with support from 200 languages. You Tube information now means meaningful information. I'm all for it. Congrats on launching a product that makes accessing information faster and easier.
