Lease Log
A rental photo notebook with free capture and one-time PDF
Keep move-in and move-out photos, repair notes and rent payments in one tenancy record on your iPhone. Capture and manual backup are free. Export the complete binder as a PDF for $4.99 once in the US. No account or subscription. iOS 26+.
A camera roll holds the pictures, but finding which room, date and stage of a tenancy they belong to can be awkward later. Lease Log keeps one tenancy together: a guided room walkthrough, dated photos, repair notes, payments and communications.
Capture, records and manual backup are free. The optional purchase is the complete PDF export: $4.99 once in the US, with regional prices varying. There is no subscription or account to create. It requires iOS 26 or later.
The app organizes your own records; it does not certify evidence or guarantee a deposit refund. The screenshot is a demonstration record.

Lease Log was hunted by Aleksei Bukhalov. A “hunter” on Product Hunt is the community member who submits a product to the platform — uploading the images, the link, and tagging the makers behind it. Around 79% of featured launches on Product Hunt are self-hunted by their makers, but a well-known hunter still acts as a signal of quality to the rest of the community.
