JMR Publisher is a Windows app built by the Digital Citizen Association (Smara, Morocco) to manage its digital content. I'm Alaa from the Digital Citizen Association, a small nonprofit in Smara, Morocco. We also made Tayr, a platform for reporting city issues.
Our team runs content for several programs (book reviews, digital security tips, civic education…) across Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, Threads, Telegram, Discord and more. The tools we tried were built for English-speaking marketing teams: left-to-right, per-seat pricing, and no approval flow for volunteers.
So we built JMR Publisher for ourselves:
One draft, every channel: per-channel captions, a story designer, pre-flight checks
Team workflow: editors draft, managers approve, admins manage accounts
Shared calendar: drag posts, duplicate them, bring them back next year
Account health: green / orange / red, with expiry dates and one-click renew
Arabic first: the whole interface is right-to-left
