I love that the focus isn't just on how it can interact with customers but also now Copilot being accessible to the human agents helping them to navigate internal company knowledge to better help customers as well! The AI analyst built-in as well, we've been using 3rd party tools for this for years now but having it built in will add even more benefit.

We've seen how teams are reluctant at times to turn on AI because of concerns but the sooner you get started the faster you'll realize how beneficial it is and the safe guards that Intercom have in place over some of the other solutions as well!
