I'm s1moscs, a streamer who wanted a delay buffer for my own stream so I could talk to chat, take a break, or switch segments without restarting just to change the delay.
Looking around, most of what I found were workarounds. InstantDelay by Lyp was the one tool that nailed the idea, and it's genuinely good.
But I wanted two things of my own:
First, to be able to read exactly what my delay tool does with my stream keys instead of trusting a closed app, so InstantClone is open-source: keys stay on your machine, no account, no cloud.
Second, something free that I could adapt, expand and connect to my exact setup.
So I wrote it!
It sits between OBS and your platform as a local RTMP bridge: hold your stream in a buffer, go live on a delay, and snap back to real time the instant you need to.

One OBS feed can fan out to Twitch, YouTube, and Kick at once, plus a built-in Overlay Studio for delay on-stream widgets.
It's brand new and built by one person, so I'd genuinely love feedback from streamers, casters, and tournament folks.
