InstantClone
Change your stream delay live. No restarts.
InstantClone is a free, open-source stream delay tool for Windows. Hold your live stream in a buffer, go live on a delay, and snap back to real time the instant you need to. Add, drop, or adjust the delay live, no restarts. One OBS feed fans out to Twitch, YouTube, and Kick at once, each with its own reconnect and stats. A built-in Overlay Studio lets you design on-stream widgets to make it your own.
I'm s1moscs, a streamer who wanted a delay buffer for my own stream so I could talk to chat, take a break, or switch segments without restarting just to change the delay.
Looking around, most of what I found were workarounds. InstantDelay by Lyp was the one tool that nailed the idea, and it's genuinely good.
But I wanted two things of my own:
First, to be able to read exactly what my delay tool does with my stream keys instead of trusting a closed app, so InstantClone is open-source: keys stay on your machine, no account, no cloud.
Second, something free that I could adapt, expand and connect to my exact setup.
So I wrote it!
It sits between OBS and your platform as a local RTMP bridge: hold your stream in a buffer, go live on a delay, and snap back to real time the instant you need to.
Add, drop, or adjust the delay live, no restarts.
One OBS feed can fan out to Twitch, YouTube, and Kick at once, plus a built-in Overlay Studio for delay on-stream widgets.
It's brand new and built by one person, so I'd genuinely love feedback from streamers, casters, and tournament folks.

Who hunted InstantClone?
InstantClone was hunted by s1. A “hunter” on Product Hunt is the community member who submits a product to the platform — uploading the images, the link, and tagging the makers behind it. Hunters typically write the first comment explaining why a product is worth attention, and their followers are notified the moment they post. Around 79% of featured launches on Product Hunt are self-hunted by their makers, but a well-known hunter still acts as a signal of quality to the rest of the community.
