I have ADHD. I've downloaded basically every to-do app in existence, and they all fail me the exact same way: it works for two weeks, then I have one bad day, the app buries me in red overdue badges and broken streaks, and I delete it out of shame.
Those apps are built for consistent brains. ADHD brains aren't consistent. That's not a discipline problem, it's a design problem.
So I built Impetus, the task app that forgives you. Miss a day and nothing turns red. Miss a week and it helps you restart instead of showing you the wreckage. Capture thoughts the second they hit, keep today small, treat restarting as normal instead of failure.
