IKUISTA started from a simple frustration: buying a premium bike often still means accepting someone else’s choices. The frame may be right, but the wheels, drivetrain, cockpit or colours are not — and replacing parts immediately after purchase makes little sense.
We wanted to build carbon road and gravel bikes differently: assembled in Tampere, Finland, configured around the rider and sold without unnecessary layers between the builder and customer.
The original idea was simply to create a Finnish bike brand. While developing the bikes, it evolved into a modular system where riders can choose the components that actually suit their riding, budget and preferences. We have spent a lot of time refining the frames, specifications, configurator and the overall buying experience.
We are still at the beginning, and that is exactly why we are launching here. We would genuinely value honest feedback — especially on the bikes, configurator and anything that would stop you from ordering a bike from a new brand.
