I built Groteins because global calorie trackers fail in Indian kitchens a generic "1 katori dal" can vary from 80 to 220 kcal depending on water and tempering oil, ruining a client's calorie deficit. Meanwhile, Indian fitness coaches spend hours manually typing diets on Excel or sending plain WhatsApp texts.
Groteins fixes both problems using official ICMR-NIN & IFCT 2017 scientific data:
Raw-to-Household Mapping: Calculates macros from exact raw ingredient weights (grams) + cooking oil (tsp) and maps them to everyday household measures (katori/roti).
60-Second PDF Plans: Generates personalised 7-day Indian diet and workout plan PDFs (including PCOS, Diabetes, and Vrat/Ramzan options).
