Easily paste or build your workout. Goose turns it into rounds, reps, loads and knows from the latest research what muscles were used so you can easily track and analyze all that hard work you do.
I love to exercise. It doesn't matter what it is but mainly I do CrossFit and Jiu Jitsu and I throw in Pilates or swimming or a run occasionally. I also love my smart watch. It's great at tracking my heart rate and other vitals. But, when I do a complex workout it's not great at helping me record my workout. It's mainly just "Cardio" but that doesn't capture what I did or how I feel after or what I might want to do tomorrow because of what I did today.
Hence, Goose Coach. It's my solution to a problem that's plagued me for a lifetime of exercise.
