I love to exercise. It doesn't matter what it is but mainly I do CrossFit and Jiu Jitsu and I throw in Pilates or swimming or a run occasionally. I also love my smart watch. It's great at tracking my heart rate and other vitals. But, when I do a complex workout it's not great at helping me record my workout. It's mainly just "Cardio" but that doesn't capture what I did or how I feel after or what I might want to do tomorrow because of what I did today.
Hence, Goose Coach. It's my solution to a problem that's plagued me for a lifetime of exercise.
