Top comment

Hi, I’m Yury, the builder behind FoxyCAD. Hardware ideas generate conversations, models, schematics and decisions. I’m building a workspace that keeps those pieces together for makers and small engineering teams.

The focus is a conversation-to-artifact workflow with inspectable files and engineering guidance. Flux also covers electronics and mechanical work; Fusion spans CAD, CAM, CAE and PCB. FoxyCAD is not presented as a replacement for their depth or for engineering review.

The gallery is the public illustrative workspace example, including a visual concept—not evidence of a manufactured device. Checks depend on the available project tools, and outputs require review and physical validation.

Where do you most often lose context between an engineering conversation and the resulting files?

Who hunted FoxyCAD?

FoxyCAD was hunted by Yury Zubarovsky. A “hunter” on Product Hunt is the community member who submits a product to the platform — uploading the images, the link, and tagging the makers behind it. Hunters typically write the first comment explaining why a product is worth attention, and their followers are notified the moment they post. Around 79% of featured launches on Product Hunt are self-hunted by their makers, but a well-known hunter still acts as a signal of quality to the rest of the community.
