Findest detects PDFs and files arriving in your Gmail and automatically archives them to the right folder in Google Drive, Dropbox or OneDrive — using AI to classify each document. Set it up once, it works forever. No Zapier, no scripts, no manual work.
Hey hunters! 👋
I built Findest because I was spending ~2 hours/month manually downloading PDFs from Gmail and uploading them to Google Drive — renaming them, putting them in the right folder… you know the drill.
The problem: every solution I found either required Zapier (expensive + complex to configure) or a Google Apps Script (I'm not a developer).
So I built Findest: connect Gmail + your cloud storage, define a rule ("all PDFs from my accountant → /Invoices/2026/"), and that's it. Findest handles everything automatically from that point on.
Would love your feedback — what integrations or features would make this useful for you?
Findest is a simpler and more affordable alternative specifically built for automatically archiving Gmail attachments (PDFs, invoices, contracts) to Google Drive, Dropbox or OneDrive.
Unlike Zapier (which is a generic automation platform requiring complex setup), Findest is ready in under 5 minutes with no technical knowledge needed. The AI automatically classifies each document and saves it to the right folder.

Who hunted Findest?
Findest was hunted by Javier Silgo. A “hunter” on Product Hunt is the community member who submits a product to the platform — uploading the images, the link, and tagging the makers behind it. Hunters typically write the first comment explaining why a product is worth attention, and their followers are notified the moment they post. Around 79% of featured launches on Product Hunt are self-hunted by their makers, but a well-known hunter still acts as a signal of quality to the rest of the community.
