I built Findest because I was spending ~2 hours/month manually downloading PDFs from Gmail and uploading them to Google Drive — renaming them, putting them in the right folder… you know the drill.
The problem: every solution I found either required Zapier (expensive + complex to configure) or a Google Apps Script (I'm not a developer).
So I built Findest: connect Gmail + your cloud storage, define a rule ("all PDFs from my accountant → /Invoices/2026/"), and that's it. Findest handles everything automatically from that point on.
